The bill for the month of 4/2013 was generated with (N) code and from 5/2013 to 8/2013 with (D) code. Enforcement wing Batala checked the meter on dated 22/4/2013 in the compliance of this report meter was changed on 3-9-2013 according to MCO no. 74/45315 dated 22-4-2013. Meter was checked in ME Lab and dated report KWH reading 105285 & KVAH reading 124470. Consumer A/c was over hauled for the period of 4/2013 to 9/2013 on the bases of actual consumption and for the period 10/2012 to 2/2013 (5 months), as per regulation no. 21.4 of supply. The meter was again defective from 7/2014 to 10/2014 the A/c. was again over hauled on the consumption recorded in previous year. Thus the consumer was charged for the month 10/2012 to 2/2013, 4/2013 to 10/2013 & 7/2014 to 10/2014 for Rs. 104883/-.

After hearing the consumer side, verification of office record and mutual discussion the committee came to this decision that the account of the consumer should be over hauled as per checking of Enforcement. By this way amount charged by the sub division is correct and chargeable with interest as per instructions of the PSPCL.
