4.  ਵਰਨਣ Consumer was charged Rs. 224761/- as a short assessment by the internal Audit party vide H.M. no. 67 dated 27-11-2014 as per the instruction no. 21.4 of the supply code and the Related Matter2007 but the consumer challenge the above said amount alleging illegally charged amount Rs. 224761/- .
5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ After hearing the both parties, viewing the related documents, the committee has decided the case that the amount already charged to the consumer is found correct and decided to be chargeable.

1 Thu 26, Mar 2015  Representative of the consumer attend the meeting and told the committee that the consumer meter has some technical problem but Sr. XEN. City Divn Pathankot told the committee that consumer had never report any complaint to the S/D about the faulty meter.
