As per ME Lab the data of the meter is possibly disturbed. It is possible that software of the meter may be defective and as per meter blank, meter code from 01/2014 is defective (D). In view of the above the meter be taken as defective. The account of the consumer from 14.12.13 to 11.09.14 (upto change of meter) be overhauled on the basis of bye monthly average of 8144 units of year 2013. The amount be recovered/ charged along with surcharge/ interest as per rules of PSPCL.
