5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case, again, came up for hearing before the committee on 24-09-2015. Er. Kanwar Jaswant Singh, SE/DS Circle, Kapurthala presented the case before the committee. SE/DS Circle, Kapurthala has informed the committee that he has received telephonic message from the consumer that the consumer has met with an accident, he is not able to attend today and that his presence be exempted and case may be decided on merits. As per record supplied by SE/DS Circle, Kapurthala vide Memo. No. 15746 dated 11-9-15 the reading of the meter under consideration is available as per DDL supplied i.e. reading of 30-4.15 on which the meter was changed. Hence, the account of the consumer may be overhauled on actual consumption basis and the amount may be charged from the consumer as per instructions of PSPCL.

PROCEEDINGS: This case came up for hearing before the committee on 10-07-2015. Er. Kanwar Jaswant Singh, SE/DS Circle, Kapurthala presented the case before the committee. Sh. Sham Sundar Partner appeared before the committee in person. He wants to submit his detailed representation and wants time for the same. In the interest of justice the case is adjourned with the direction that he would bring his ID proof on the next date and enclosed the same with his detailed representation to ZDSC within 10 days with a copy to the SE/DS Circle, Kapurthala. The SE/DS Circle, Kapurthala would offer his detailed comments on the same within next 10 days alongwith a copy of ME Lab. report and legible copy of DDL to the ZDSC. He would endorse the copy of his comments to the consumer as well.
2 Fri 14, Aug 2015  This case, again, came up for hearing before the committee on 14-08-2015. Er. Kanwar Jaswant Singh, SE/DS Circle, Kapurthala presented the case before the committee. Sh. Saurabh Gupta s/o Sh. Sham Sundar was present on behalf of his father who is not well. The copy of the comments of SE/DS Circle, Kapurthala has already been provided to them. In view of the circumstances the case is adjourned to the next date for rebuttal, if any, and further action. Also Addl.SE/EA&MMTS-I, Jalandhar is directed to appear on the next date along with the DDL of the meter which was done on 25-4-2015. Dy. Chief Engineer/DS Circle, Kapurthala is, further, directed to get the DDL of the subject cited meter in the ME Lab and the report may also be submitted in the next hearing.
