5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case, again, came up for hearing before the committee on 20-11-2015. Er. H.S. Saini, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Hoshiarpur presented the case before the committee. Er. Darshan Singh on behalf of M/s Hutchison Essar South Ltd. appeared in person before the committee. DECISION: Er. H.S. Saini, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Hosharipur has confirmed after perusal of all the record and has stated that the meter in this case is not available. The case has been discussed at length by the committee as well as the consumer. Er. Darshan Singh representative of the consumer has argued his case in detail. The meter in this case was misbehaving. He finally agrees that they are ready to give bill for consumption of 8997 units bimonthly for the disputed period (18-1-14 to 14-2-14 and 14-2-14 to 17-3-14) as per consumption of corresponding period of previous year, which may be charged. The account of the consumer may be overhauled as per instructions of PSPCL. The case is decided accordingly.

Suraj Kumar Technician on behalf of consumer appeared before the committee in person. He has submitted an application for adjournment. Pardeep Kumar , ASE/DS Division , Hoshiarpur presented the case on behalf of Dy.CE/DS Circle, Hoshiarpur before the committee. Sh. Darshan Singh appeared on behalf of M/s Hutchison Essar South Ltd. but he was not authorized by the company because when asked for authorization letter he was not having the same. Since the adjournment was taken by the company in the first instance also, hence, committee decided that if nothing is produced in the next meeting, the committee will decide the case accordingly. The case is thus adjourned in the interest of justice accordingly.
