5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ Shri Rupinder singh was present on behalf of the consumer. The Presenting officer produced the checking report of consumer premises in the meeting held on 11.08.2015. Along with this SDO Mohali & SDO Tech is certified that MDI recorded on 02.07.13 is wrong i.e 230.160 which instead should have been 23.0160, it can be concluded that MDI reading is incorrect as the sanction load of consumer is 225KW and CT/PT 20/5 ampr and meter 5.5 ampr is installed ,so the Consumer\'s MF becomes 4 what according to the recorded MDI it becomes 230.16x4 =920.664 KVA which cannot be possible as a 300KVA transformer gives supply to the consumer premises. Keeping in the view certificate provided by SDO Commercial and Tech-1 Mohali that MDI of consumer is 23.0160. Committee deliberated the entire case unanimously and decided that amount of MDI surcharge Rs. 521730 in the month of 7/2013 is not chargeable to the consumer.
