4.  ਵਰਨਣ M/s Munde Paper Mill M/s Ltd. deposited Rs.6,04,950/- against deposit estimate No.5300/92234 for 11 K.V Independent feeder at his cost.Which was sanctioned on 11.03.2010 by DY.CE Sangrur. The petitioner demanded that after the completion of work the deptt has to refund the balance amount after adjusting the actual expenditure of the work. D.S.C Committee decided that the actual expenditure of the work is less to the deposit amount Rs.6,04,950/-. So the balance Amount Rs.1,05,000/- is refundable to the petitioner.
5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ DSC Committee decided that the actual expenditure of the work is less to the deposit amount Rs 604950/-.So the balance Amount Rs 105000/- is refundable to the petitioner.
