4.  ਵਰਨਣ The case came up for hearing before the committee on 14-08-2015. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the committee. Sh. Charanjit Singh Sidhu consumer appeared in person before the committee. He wants to submit his detailed representation to the committee. In the interest of justice the case is adjourned to the next date. The consumer is directed to submit his detailed representation to the ZLDSC within 7 days with a copy of the same to Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar who will submit his detailed comments on it within the next 7 days with a copy to the consumer for his rebuttal etc. if any. Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar is directed to get the load of the consumer checked as also the consumption for the previous corresponding period, along with the consumption data for the last 2 years. The case is adjourned accordingly.
5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case, again, came up for hearing before the committee on 21-10-2015. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the committee. Sh. Charanjit Singh Sidhu consumer appeared in person before the committee. The copy of reply submitted by Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalanhdar has been given to the consumer. DECISION: On deliberating the case, the committee observed that the consumption which was recorded in the meter as per ME Lab. report was much higher than the consumption which cannot be there even if the load was running for 24 hrs. The matter has been discussed in detail and it is decided that average consumption of the year 2013 i.e. 1601 units per month be charged for the disputed period, to which the consumer has also agreed. The case is decided accordingly and the amount be charged/refunded as per instructions of PSPCL

Charanjit Singh Sidhu consumer appeared in person before the committee. The consumer has given his representation dated 19-8-15 and a copy of the same has been supplied to Dy. CE/DS Jalandhar for his comments within 10 days with a copy to the consumer who will submit his rebuttal, if any, within 10 days thereafter. The load of the consumer be got checked. The case is adjourned to the next date in the interest of justice.
