5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case, again, came up for hearing before the committee on 24-09-2015. Er. H.S. Saini, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Hoshiarpur presented the case before the committee. Sh. Ranjit Singh Saini consumer appeared before the committee in person and due hearing was given to him. DECISION: Dy.CE/DS Circle. Hoshiarpur pointed out vide his letter No. 20637 dated 31-8-15, already placed on record that an amount of Rs. 117429/- is refundable to the consumer. Since the amount stands already deposited as per statement of Dy.CE/CE. Hoshiarpur and as per record, hence, the committee decided to refund an amount of Rs. 117429/-. But the same may be got pre-audited from AO/Field. Hoshiarpur before final adjustment.

Ranjit Singh Saini consumer appeared before the committee in person. He has submitted his written representation today which has been placed on record and a copy of the same has been supplied to Dy.CE/DS Circle, Hoshiarpur and he is directed to offer his comments to ZLDSC within 10 days with a copy to the consumer for his rebuttal, if any, and arguments. The case is adjourned to the next meeting. Also Dy.CE/DS Circle, Hoshairpur is directed to check all the calculations.
