1 Wed 30, Sep 2015  While observing consumer's assount it was observed that consumer's MDI was 82.80 in Dec -2014 and after that 88.30 in jan-2015.After these two months continue 88.30 and was only 17.0 in March -2015 which is not possible in a working celler.It seems that reading was given with a gueis only which is not correct.So the committee has decided that only the amount from Jan month where MDI is 88.30 is payable by consumer.
