1 Wed 30, Sep 2015  The DSC committee chached this case and see the consumer's MDI was not re-set and same MDI prient his bill.Audit party charged 90600 Rs by half margen no 7 dated 12-6-15.Committee was final decision their is no falt of consumer.While this resion is MF-2 so the amount is not recoverable by the consumer.
