5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The committee has deliberated the case and examined the DDL, consumption data, Capacity of meter and T/F and observed that according to consumption data the demand of the consumer never increased is this extent since an appreciable period of time prior to it and as per the consumption data the recorded demand of the consumer for the preceding one year appear to be approximately below the CD .Accordingly to DDL it seems that the software of the meter is defective. The committee has decided that the amount of rupees 765750/- is not chargeable to the consumer.
