5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ Committee inspect record and find that according to Indian standard Time consumer has carried out peak load instructions but amount is charged to consumer wrongly on account of lag of 6 hr 55 min in running energy meter as per DDL report submitted by XEN/MMTS Bathinda. Committee instruct the XEN/MMTS adjust the time gap of disputed time and calculate charged amount of violation of peak load hrs after inspecting energy data. XEN/MMTS reported to committee that violation of peak load hrs committed only on dated 21.01.15 and 01.02.15 and chargeable amount is Rs.618.50 .Committee decided that amount of Rs. 618.50 is recoverable from consumer instead of Rs. 2,09,310.
