5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case, again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 28-03-2016. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Karanvir Dhami s/o Sh. Onkar Singh Dhami appeared before the Committee. The consumer has furnished the detail of storage for the year 2013 and 2014 which has been placed on record. The case has been deliberated at length by the Committee. Committee observed that the account of the consumer was overhauled by audit for the period 04/2014 to 10/2014 based on the consumption of the corresponding period of 2013. Committee noted that the consumption of the corresponding period of 2015 is much more as compared to the consumption of corresponding period of 2014 but the same is comparable to the consumption of corresponding period of 2013. After discussions, the Committee unanimously decided that the amount charged for the disputed period 04/2014 to 10/2014 is chargeable and the amount be charged along-with interest as per instructions of PSPCL.

1 Wed 21, Oct 2015  This case came up for hearing before the committee on 21-10-2015. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the committee. Sh. Karanvir Dhami s/o Sh. Onkar Singh Dhami appeared before the committee in person. He represented that he is the partner in the partnership of this firm M/s Dhami Cold Store. He was directed to furnish a copy of the partnership deed on the next date. He further represented that he is looking after the affairs of the M/s Dhami Cold Store. Smt. Kamaljit Kaur d/o Smt. Harbans Kaur w/o late Sh. Manjit Singh was also present in person. The representatives of the consumer are directed to submit their detailed representation in this behalf. The Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar is directed to provide the DDL available for the last 3 years, ME Lab report and consumption data along with readings for the last 3 years. The case is adjourned to the next date.
2 Fri 20, Nov 2015  This case, again, came up for hearing before the committee on 20-11-2015. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the committee. Sh. Karanvir Dhami s/o Sh. Onkar Singh Dhami appeared before the committee in person. He has presented a copy of the partnership deed dated 15-9-2014. Reply to the Petition filed by the petitioner on dated 21-10-2015 handed over to petitioner by Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar for his rebuttal, if any, within 7 days to the ZLDSC with a copy to Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalanhdar. Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalanhar is directed to supply the consumption data for the year 2012 and as already observed in the last meeting the DDL available for the last 3 years and ME Lab report be also produced to the ZLDSC through the concerned officer in the next meeting. In the interest of justice the case is adjourned to the next date.
3 Thu 28, Jan 2016  This case, again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 28-01-2016. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Karanvir Dhami s/o Sh. Onkar Singh Dhami appeared before the Committee. Committee observed that the DDL report is still awaited in the case. Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar is directed to supply a copy of complete DDL report to all the Committee members within 7 days. The case is adjourned to the next date.
4 Tue 23, Feb 2016  This case, again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 23-02-2016. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Karanvir Dhami s/o Sh. Onkar Singh Dhami appeared before the Committee. Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar vide his office letter No. 2969/71 dated 16-02-2016 placed on record has intimated that no DDL of the consumer has been down loaded and ME Lab. report has been received and placed on record. The Addl. SE/Enforcement-2, Jalandhar has intimated the meter of the consumer in this case had been repaired and returned to Model Town Technical Unit-2, Jalandhar. The case has been deliberated at length and is deferred to the next date for further deliberations.
