5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The committee checked the consumption data from 2013 to 2015 for the period of 3 years and found that the average consumption recorded between 5,000 to 8,000 units per month and highest consumption recorded in the month of 6/2015 i.e. 7975 units. So, the committee decided that the consumption recorded in the month of 6/2015 i.e. 7975 units be taken as a base for overhauling the account of consumer from 09/2015 to the date of change of meter. Committee further decided that amount be charged/refunded along with surcharge/interest as per instructions of PSPCL.
