Consumer sanction load is 98.29 KW and sanctioned Demand is 100 KVA. Consumer\'s MDI recorded in the month 4/15 to 6/15 is 61.423 and in 7/15 is recorded 54.790, concerned consumer\'s MF is 2 so the MDI increase from the sanctioned MDI of 100 KVA and consumer deposit the demand surcharge amount from 4/15 to 7/15 amount Rs. 58775/-. After that Audit Party Sangrur through his half margin no. 4 dt. 12/8/15 charged the demand Surcharge amount of Rs. 50445/- from 1/15 to 3/15. Consumer does not deposit the above amount in concerned office and put up his case for the above amounts in Circle level DSC.
