5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 23-02-2016. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Puneet Gupta Director of Punjab Plasto fab Pvt. Ltd. was present. DECISION: The case has been discussed at length and the consumer has been given full opportunity to bring forth any facts for further deliberations. Consumer gave his views to the committee. The committee considered all aspects of the case, consumer views and the DDL. The committee comes to unanimous decision that the revised amount charged is fully justified and the consumer may be charged accordingly. However, the Committee further directs that the account of the consumer should be pre-audited before final demand and charging. The case is decided accordingly.

1 Fri 20, Nov 2015  This case came up for hearing before the committee on 20-11-2015. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the committee. Sh. Puneet Gupta Director of Punjab Plastofab Pvt. Ltd. was present in person today. He has submitted his representation. A copy of the same has been supplied to Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar for his comments within 10 days with a copy of his comments to consumer, who will submit his rebuttal, if any, to the committee within the next 10 days. ME report be arranged along with the DDL from the supplier of the meter and put up in the next meeting. The case is adjourned to the next date.
2 Thu 28, Jan 2016  This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 28-01-2016. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Puneet Gupta Director of Punjab Plasto fab Pvt. Ltd. was present. Committee observed that the DDL report is still awaited in the case. Committee directed Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar to supply a copy of complete DDL report for the period 5-8-14 to the date of change of the meter, to all the Committee members with a copy of the same to the consumer within 7 days. The case is adjourned to the next date
