5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 28-03-2016. Er. Kanwar Jaswant Singh, SE/DS Circle, Kapurthala presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Harsh Sharma, Manager Operation of M/S K.F. Milk-Foods Pvt. Ltd. attended the case before Committee. SE/DS Circle, Kapurthala has supplied a copy of the DDL report to the Committee Members. He has further informed that the period under dispute is not covered in the DDL report. SE/DS Circle, Kapurthala vide endorsement No. 1420/24 dated 25/01/2016 has supplied the figures of total consumption recorded on the feeder and also the consumption of other four No. consumers who are fed on this feeder. Consumption for this consumer for 07/2014 is worked out as 29812(102260-72448) KVAH (962 units per day) and for 08/2015 as 59216(155870-96654) KVAH (1910 units per day) after deducting the consumption of other four number consumers from total consumption recorded on the feeder. The Committee also studied the consumption pattern after replacement of meter and noted that highest consumption of 66770 units was recorded for the period 11-8-15 to 17-9-15 (38 days) which works out as 1757 units per day. After detailed deliberations, the Committee decided that the highest consumption i.e. 1910 units per day be charged to the consumer for the period under dispute. The case is decided accordingly.

1 Fri 20, Nov 2015  This case came up for hearing before the committee on 20-11-2015. Er. Kanwar Jaswant Singh, SE/DS Circle, Kapurthala presented the case before the committee. Sh. Harsh Sharma Manager Operation of M/S K.F Foods Pvt. Ltd. was present in person today. He is directed to file the Power of Attorney that he is to represent the case. He is further directed to submit the detailed representation in this behalf within 7 days to the ZLDSC with a copy to the SE/DS Circle, Kapurthala. SE/DS Circle, Kapurthala is directed to submit his comments within the next 10 days with a copy to the consumer for his rebuttal, if any, within the next 10 days. It is further directed that the calculations of the amount charged, current reading and consumption, ME Lab report and the DDL in this case be got recorded from the company and submit to the ZLDSC before the next date. The case is adjourned to the next date.
2 Thu 28, Jan 2016  This case came up for hearing before the committee on 28-01-2015. Er. Kanwar Jaswant Singh, SE/DS Circle, Kapurthala presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Avtar Krishan Kak, General Manager, Sh. Harsh Sharma, Manager Operation and Sh. Rajan Girdhar, Electrical Engineer of M/S K.F Foods Pvt. Ltd. are present for the consumer. The Power of Attorney by the consumer in favour of Mr. A.K. Kak, General Manager has been produced and is placed on record. Sh. Kak stated that they have given their views in their representation and they do not want to submit any more representation and the earlier submitted in this behalf may be proceeded ahead. SE/DS Circle, Kapurthala has submitted his comments on it and a copy of the same has already been supplied to the consumer and Sh. Kak stated that he has not to submit any rebuttal in this case. The case has been discussed at length. SE/DS Circle, Kapurthala is directed to get the data of the meter Down Loaded by taking-up the matter with the manufacturer/company of the meter. The complete DDL report be submitted within 15 days to all the Committee members. The case is, accordingly, adjourned to the next date.
3 Tue 23, Feb 2016  This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 23-02-2016. Er. Kanwar Jaswant Singh, SE/DS Circle, Kapurthala presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Harsh Sharma, Manager Operation of M/S K.F Foods Pvt. Ltd. Attended the case before Committee. As SE/DS Circle, Kapurthala informed that the meter has been sent to the manufacturer for data down loading at his end as it could not be done in the local M.E. Lab. and meter data shall be supplied within 15 days. The case is deferred accordingly.
