Audit raised half margin no. 85 dated 08.07.15. amount to 1,67,587 for the period 06.04.15 to 04.06.15. Sub divison sub urban maur informed to consumer deposit the amount vide notice no. 847 dated 15.07.15 for the same. PO state that consumer converted his connection from seasonal Industry to mix load Industry. So the case cover under circular no. 40/12 and amount charged to consumer is recoverable. After taking into consideration facts Committee decided that amount is recoverable from consumer.
