5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ Consumption of new meter recorded 6684 units also almost matches with the consumption recorded in 66 months (from jan.2010 to june 2015) which was 7412 units. Keeping above in view, the committee decided that the total consumption of the consumer recorded from January 2010 to dated 5.06.15 i.e. from reading 84003 to 573187 units, which also includes 406980 units recorded in May, 2015 may be charged @ 7412 units per month for the period from dated 29.01.2010 to 5.06.2015, i.e. the total consumption of 573187-84003= 489184 units should be charged in 66 months from 29.01.2010 to 5.06.2015 by distributing the consumption equally in all months. Case is decided.
