Keeping in view the consumption recorded before and after the change of meter, it appears that such high consumption recorded during 8/2015 is due to some defect in the meter. After deliberation, the Committee decided that the account of the consumer for the month 7/2015 and 8/2015 may be overhauled on the basis of consumption recorded during 6/2015.
