5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ Committee after taking into consideration LCR No.1618 Dated 16.11.2015 and consumption pattern of the consumer, concluded that bill issued during 5/15 is due to defect in the meter. After detailed deliberation, the committee decided that the account of the consumer for the month of 5/15 up to the date of change of meter be overhauled on the basis corresponding consumption of the same month of the previous year and raise the demand accordingly. As per commercial circular 43/2014 MDI is required to be reset on 31.12.14 but as per record submitted by the PO MDI has not been reset till date.
