5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ Committee studied the whole case, as per meter reader KWH & KVAH readings for the month of 10/2015 was 196141 and 253012 but As per ME Challan Report dt. 9.9.15 the meter declared as burnt and KWH & KVAH reading recorded as 196790 & 141112 which is clearly inconsistent readings due to some defect in the meter. Keeping in view the earlier reading recorded before 10/2015 committee concluded that account of the consumer for the period 4/2015 to 10/2015 may be overhauled on the basis of corresponding consumption for the same month of previous year i.e 4/2014 to 10/2014.
