5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ The Committee after going through the LCR No.1635 /82 Dated 6.1.2016 it was found that load installed in consumer premises is 41.639 KW which shows that consumer has not increased his load and also consumption recorded from 8/14 to 4/15 is almost comparable to consumption recorded from 8/13 to 4/14. Moreover, practically there is no increase in consumption after installation of new meter. So keeping in view the above facts committee decided that the amount is not chargeable to the consumer.
