5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case, again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 07-06-2016. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the joint report of ASE/MMTS-2 Jalandhar & ASE/Op. Model Town Jalandhar bearing memo No. 48631 dated 6.6.2016 of ASE/Op. Model Town (addressed to Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar), to the Committee. From the joint report (prepared after scrutiny of DDL print-out),it is very clear that energy bill issued in 4/2015 & 6/2015 for abnormal consumption of 80663 units & 90955 units respectively was due to erratic behavior/jumping of reading of the meter. The committee was convinced with the findings as per joint report. Sh. Kishan Lal husband of the consumer appeared before the Committee on behalf of the consumer. The case was deliberated at length and the Committee came to the unanimous conclusion that in the interest of justice, the average of 1100 units (consumption as recorded in 6/2013) be charged from the consumer for 4/2015 and 6/2015 instead of 80663 units & 90955 units respectively. The case is decided accordingly.

1 Mon 28, Mar 2016  This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 28-03-2016. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Dr. Sanjeev Sood son of the consumer is present in person today. He is directed to file his Power of Attorney on the next date. He has submitted his representation which has been placed on record and a copy of the same has been supplied to SE/DS Circle, Jalandhar for his comments within 7 days to the Committee with a copy to the consumer. The consumer is further directed to submit his rebuttal, if any, within next 10 days.
Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar is directed to supply the following information/record to Committee members:-

1. Consumption along with readings and meter status after the change of meter.
2. The details of increase in load, if any, from the year 2013 till date.
3. Details of change of meter, if any, from the year 2013 till date along with the documentary proof such as SJO and MCO.
4. Details of checking carried out by various agencies, if any, from 2013 till date.
5. DDL of the meter be done and put up before the Committee along-with analysis.
The case is adjourned to the next date.
2 Fri 29, Apr 2016  This case, again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 29-04-2016. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Kishan Lal husband of the consumer appeared before the Committee in person today on behalf of the consumer. He has submitted his authorization which is placed on record. The DDL in this case as demanded on the previous date has not been received. Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar is directed to arrange the same at the earliest. The case is adjourned to the next date in the interest of justice.
