The consumer bill of month 10/2015 comes excess units and consumer challenge the meter and the meter check in ME Lab Sangrur on dt. 13-3-2016 and found in OK position so the above amount is charged to the consumer and consumer put up his case in Circle level DSC.

Committee checked the consumption data of the consumers new meter and found that consumption recorded in the new meter is on order as per consumer\'s sanctioned load. committee watch the consumer\'s old meter consumption and thought that this excess consumption is recorded to the internal fault of the meter. So committee decided that consumer bill of the above said period overhauled as per LDHF Formula and amount charged to the consumer accordingly.
