5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case, again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 14-09-2016. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. One Sh. Surinder Sethi has appeared and has submitted a representation dated 14-9-16 which has been placed on record. He has produced no Power of Attorney or any other document to appear on behalf of the consumer before the ZLDSC. Three opportunity were given to the consumer to submit/give his written his representation but he has intentally failed to comply with the directions of the ZLDSC. The case was taken up for the first time by the ZLDSC on 29-4-16 and has been adjourned on several occasions. The case has been deliberated by the ZLDSC in detail and the Committee decides unanimously that the amount chargeable from the consumer is fully justified and be charged accordingly as per instructions of PSPCL.

2 Fri 29, Apr 2016  PROCEEDINGS: DATED 29-04-2016: This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 29-04-2016. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Gagandeep Singh consumer appeared before the Committee in person. He has submitted that his concerned Manager is not available and as per his personal information he says that the amount of 20% has been deposited. He wants a week time to submit his representation as also the information about the deposit of 20% amount. In the interest of justice the case is adjourned to the next date.
3 Tue 07, Jun 2016  This case, again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 07-06-2016. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Gagandeep Singh consumer appeared before the Committee in person. Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar has confirmed that the 20% of disputed amount has been deposited by the consumer. The consumer is directed to submit his detailed representation within 7 days to the ZDSC with a copy to the Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar who will submit his comments thereon within 7 days thereafter. The case is adjourned to the next date accordingly.
4 Fri 22, Jul 2016  This case, again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 22-07-2016. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. The consumer was not present and vide his application dated 21-7-16 requested for adjournment of case.
Sh. Gopal Sharma, Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar has intimated that the consumer has not submitted his petition/representation till date. The case is adjourned to next date with the direction that it shall be final opportunity for the consumer. The consumer shall submit his representation , if any within 10 days from today as already orders and subsequent action taken on it by Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar as decided in the last meeting.
