5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case, again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 22-07-2016. Er. Kanwar Jaswant Singh , SE/DS Circle, Kapurthala presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Manjit Singh consumer appeared before the Committee in person. This case has been discussed at length. After detailed deliberation the Committee decided that the amount charged to the consumer is correct. Sh. Manjit Singh, owner of account has agreed to the decision of Committee. He has given an undertaking to deposit the amount charged. He, further, requested in his undertaking that due to hefty amount, he is unable to deposit the same in one lot and he may be allowed to deposit the charged amount, in 20 equal monthly installments without interest and he will not file an appeal against this decision in any Court. Considering the request of the consumer the amount be recovered from the consumer in 20 equal monthly installments without interest as per instructions of PSPCL. The case is decided accordingly.

2 Fri 29, Apr 2016  PROCEEDINGS: This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 29-04-2016. Er. Kanwar Jaswant Singh, SE/DS Circle, Kapurthala presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Manjit Singh consumer appeared before the Committee in person. He has submitted his representation dated 29-4-2016 which has been placed on record. A copy of the same has been supplied to SE/DS Circle, Kapurthala for his comments within 10 days to the Committee with a copy to the consumer for his rebuttal etc. within next 10 days thereafter. A copy of the same has already been supplied to the consumer against his signature of dated 2-6-16. He wants time to submit his rebuttal.
