5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case, again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 22-07-2016. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Mohinder Singh Bajwa Member Trust Baba Kashmira Singh Jan Sewa Trust (Regd.) appeared before the Committee on behalf of Trust. He has submitted his Power of Attorney which has been placed on record. He had submitted the representation dated 21-7-16 which was been placed on record and a copy of the same was supplied to Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar. The case was discussed at length by the Committee and it was decided that the refund claimed by the consumer (due to difference in tariff between DS & NRS) for the period 3/2011 to 31-10-13 is in order as Baba Kashmira Singh Jan Sewa Trust (Regd.) Garha Road, Jalandhar is an Charitable Institution which it evident from the Balance sheets and other documents presented before the Committee and the same be allowed accordingly.

Mohinder Singh Bajwa Member Trust Baba Kashmira Singh Jan Sewa Trust (Regd.) appeared before the Committee on behalf of Trust. He promised to produce the authorization letter in the next meeting. He is further directed to produce the relevant balance sheets for the year 2010-11, 2011-12 of the Trust. Dy.
