4.  ਵਰਨਣ Consumer Connection checked by Addl. SE/Enforcement Sangrur on dated 17.2.2016 and found that 3 no. phase do not record the reading on the screen on behalf of the above checking report consumer\'s meter found 33.90% running slow. As per checking report AE DS Sub divn. Sub. Lehragaga overhauled the consumer account for prev. 6 months and charged the amount of Rs. 3,69,251/-
5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ Consumer\'s meter consumption data checked by the committee last three years (2012 to 2014) and checked all the documents related with case. After checking all the record committee decided that as per the report of DDL 1 Phase of meter remain dead so as per the clause of ESIM 21.5.2 consumer\'s account be overhauled for last six months and amount charged to consumer\'s account is according to rules and chargeable from the consumer.
