1 Tue 29, Mar 2016  Consumer informed the committee that his request letter be treated his petition and told that his dispute his with regard to PF surcharge and not with the consumption recorded in bills. Committee directed P.O. to submit comments on consumer petiton, comments on PF surcharge situation intimated by the consumer, Copy of DDL printout along-with comments on it, Fresh LCR with connected load and 2 yrs. consumption data before the change of meter with date of reading in the next meeting.
2 Wed 20, Apr 2016  P.O. submitted the required documents except his comments. Consumer also didn't appear. Committee directed P.O. to submit his comments in the next meeting.
3 Fri 13, May 2016  P.O. demanded Committee some time to prepare his comments. Committee re-directed P.O. to submit the required comments immediately as the stipulated period for decision of the case is finishing.
4 Fri 27, May 2016  P.O. failed to submit comments, which the committee took seriously and re-directed P.O. to submit the same immediately.
5 Thu 16, Jun 2016  P.O. didn't submit the required comments. Committee strictly directed P.O. to submit it by the next day.
6 Tue 19, Jul 2016  P.O. submitted the required comments before the committee.
