1 Thu 16, Jun 2016  Committee directed P.O. to submit comments on consumer petition, ME Lab report, DDL printout and comments on it, calculation sheet of charged amount and last 3 yrs. consumption data with PF and MDI in the next meeting.
2 Tue 19, Jul 2016  The consumer submitted his petition. P.O. informed the committee that due to busy schedule of Enf. in other checkings, the meter didn't get checked in ME Lab. The committee directed P.O. to submit the documents required by the committee in its last meeting and fresh LCR with connected load in the next meeting and get the meter checked in ME Lab.
3 Tue 09, Aug 2016  P.O. submitted the required documents before the committee and informed that the meter could not be checked in ME Lab due to Enf. wing busy in checking. The committee directed P.O. to get the meter checked in ME Lab after communicating with concerned ASE.
4 Wed 31, Aug 2016  P.O. submitted the ME Lab report and copy of DDL printout
