1 Wed 31, Aug 2016  Consumer didn't appear in the meeting. the committee asked P.O. to get petition from the consumer and submit comments on the same and other related documents in the next meeting.
2 Wed 05, Oct 2016  P.O. submitted in his comments that due to wrong loading of Peak Load timing of Central Zone in the system, this consumer and 35 other consumers had been charged amount due to this reason. the office has refunded such amount to the consumers including this consumer after discussing the matter with IT/CBC wing.
