5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case, again, came up for hearing before the Committee on 20-10-2016. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Dr. C.S. Pruthi was also present in person in the meeting. He had submitted his rebuttal to the Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar on 17-9-16. The Deputy Chief Engineer/DS Circle, Jalandhar has also offered his comments on it and copy of the same has been placed on record today along with the copy of the rebuttal submitted by the consumer duly signed by him today. He has further submitted that his representation dated 20-7-16 addressed to the Chairman, ZLDSC, PSPCL Jalandhar be also read as part of his rebuttal. The case has been discussed at length and comments of the Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar have also been discussed at length. The Committee unanimously comes to the conclusion that in view of the facts admitted in the comments of the Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar the consumer was being supplied energy from Category-I feeder which continues with the consumers till date. It has, further, been brought on record that all the usual power cuts etc. were also levied on this consumer’s feeder. It is, thus, clear that the amount charged is not chargeable from the consumer and the instructions as contained in 131.6 ESIM and also the condition of service under head tariff, as contained in SV.3 is clear in this aspect. The case is decided accordingly and account of the consumer be settled as per instructions of PSPCL. Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar submitted to the committee that being Catgegory-I feeder additional load /consumer will be put on the feeder as per requirements.

1 Fri 22, Jul 2016  This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 22-07-2016. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Vashu Shair Administrator of Pruthi Hospital appeared before the Committee on behalf of consumer and produced the Power of Attorney, which has been placed on record. He has submitted his representation dated 22-7-16 which has placed on record and a copy of the same has been handed over to Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar for his comments to the Committee within 10 days from today with a copy to the consumer for his rebuttal, if any, within 10 days thereafter. The case is adjourned to next meeting.
2 Wed 14, Sep 2016  This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 14-09-2016. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Dr. C.S. Pruthi in person is present also. He has submitted that the copy of the comments of Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar has not been received by him. A copy of the same is supplied to him today with the direction that he will submit his rebuttal, if any, to it within 10 days to the Dy.CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar with a copy of the same to the Committee. Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar will offer his comments if any on it to the committee within the next 10 days. The case is adjourned to the next date.
