5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 14-09-2016. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Er. Nirmal Singh XEN Municipal Corporation, Jalandhar is not present today. The Committee deliberated and checked the consumption data of the consumer and committee observed that the consumption was on the lower side from Jan. 2016 to May 2016 i.e. 5 months and it was decided that the consumption of the previous corresponding period i.e. Jan.2015 to May, 2015 be charged from the consumer and account of the consumer be overhauled as per instructions of PSPCL.

1 Fri 22, Jul 2016  This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 22-07-2016. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Er. Nirmal Singh XEN Municipal Corporation, Jalandhar appeared before the Committee on behalf of the consumer. He informed that the Sewerage Board has been taken over by the Corporation Jalandhar henceforth. He was directed to provide any evidence or give in writing in this regard. He was further directed to submit his detailed representation/petition within 10 days from today with a copy to Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar who will submit his detailed comments on it within the next 10 days to the committee with a copy to the consumer who shall submit his rebuttal, if any, within the next 10 days thereafter. Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar is directed to submit the following documents at the earliest to the Committee.
1. DDL Printout including tamper data
2. Readable copy of ECR dated 20-4-16
3. Upto date consumption data.
The case is adjourned to the next date accordingly.
