He has informed that the consumer has been duly served in this case for to-day. None is present for the consumer. This case has been discussed in the light of instructions contained in Commercial Circular No. 40/2016 whereby it has been decided that the Consumer Complaint Handling Procedure (CCHP) 2nd Amendment,2016 has been made applicable w.e.f. 12-08-2016, its date of Publication in the Official Gazettee.In view of the Amendments and the changes made, this case has been registered with the ZLDSC on 17-8-16. Accordingly this case is, hereby, transferred and entrusted to the Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum (CGRF). The documents, file be sent accordingly. Dy. Chief Engineer/DS Circle, Kapurthala is directed to inform the consumer accordingly of the proceeding of today.
