4.  ਵਰਨਣ The petitioner is a NRS connection with A/C No 3002923840 ( Load 464.05 Kw) in the name of M/S Adesh Hospital & research (P) Ltd, Kotkpura road Muktsar. The audit party charged Rs 593473 on A/C of HT rebate wrongly given to consumer. The consume pay audited amount in three equal installment as allowed by AEE in the month of 7-12, 08-12, 9-12 with their current bill.Due to negligence of RA the surcharge amount accumulated to 1149506 till date . the petitioner is not satisfied with the amount .
5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ After hearing the consumer & Presenting officer the ZDSC decided that the Amount charged to consumer was paid by them in three equal installments with their present bill. But due to Negligence of Revenue accountant not to send the advice well in time the consumer had face accomulation of surchage for long time period . that is why the surcharged amount is not recoverable from consumer and to initiate disciplinary action against RA and AEE .
