4.  ਵਰਨਣ the consumer complaint that The MDI of consumer meter has not been reset for the period 4/10 to 4/14 as result for the period 4/10 to 4/14 the audit party issue 42,89,787 as half margin of excess of MDI recorded above sanctioned Load. The consumer alleges that the MDI remain same from the month 4/2010 to 12/2012 this is because the MDI has not been reset over the period and MDI is different from period 1/2013 onwards and it reflect that is MDI is reset.

1 Thu 17, Mar 2016  After hearing the petitioner and PIO . The committe examine the fact and figure of the case and decided that from the period 1/13 to 4/14 amount to be charged on monthwise consumption recorded. Amount charged for the period 4/10 to 12/12 based on average MDI for the year 2013,2014 and 2015 on their corresponding months. The amount charged/refund may be done after preaudit. On the request on consumer the committee allows the consumer to pay the amount in three installment.
