4.  ਵਰਨਣ Consumer was charged Rs. 99802/- as per half margin and Rs. 16101/- as per Store challan no. 22 dated 5-5-2015. This total amt. Rs. 115903/- was challenged by the consumer in CDSC.
5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ First and final hearing was called on dated 29-11-2016, which was attended by representative of consumer. According to him all monthly bills have been deposited to the PSPCL. So, consumer was not agree with this disputed amount. After hearing of consumer and very fine official record committee found it correct. Amount charged by half margin no. 2 dated 3-8-2015 is not chargeable. So, committee decided that consumer was charged for actual diff.of consumption of period from 8/2014 to 1/2015 by sport billing. Consumer will be charged interest as per the instructions of PSPCL, if applicable.
