Meter challenge by the consumer which could not checked on test bench in ME Lab. Consumer request to put his case in Circle level DSC, which was accepted on 13-1-2017.

First and final hearing was made on 2-3-2017. After hearing the consumer and office record, the committee found that the consumption was much higher during 11/2015, 1/2016 and 3/2016 than the normal consumption. So, the committee decided to overhaul the consumer a/c. for the month of 11/2015, 1/2016 and 3/2016, as per consumption 11/2014, 1/2015 and 3/2015 and charge the def. amt. Rs. 11836/- of temp. a/c no. TY628. and recover the interest from consumer as per the instructions of the Department.
