5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case again came up for hearing before the Committee on 03.08. 2017. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh Puneet Nagpal appeared on behalf of the consumer. The matter has been discussed at length and the report of the M.E .Lab received in this case shows the meter as Dead. Addl SE/MMTS, Jalandher was called to explain the reading data which was very much erratic He stated that the meter was never changed between 2015 and Dec 2016. In view of the deliberations since no clear consumption was evaluated, the committee decided that the bill issued during 06/16 for 1115 units per month which was undisputedly deposited by the consumer be taken as the basis for the disputed period i.e. 09/16 to 12/16. The case is decided accordingly.

1 Wed 22, Feb 2017  This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 22.02.2017. Er. Gopal Sharma, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh. PuneetNagpal appeared before the committee in person. He submitted that he has purchased the property recently. He was directed to supply a Photostat copy of the Registration Deed alongwith his representation/petition to the committee within 7 days with a copy to the Dy CE/Op Circle Jalandhar for his comments. The Dy CE/Op was further directed to provide month wise/bill wise detail of disputed amount, get the connection checked from AEE/T and submit LCR (containing detail of load) and M.E.Lab report of meter replaced along with the updated consumption data. The case was adjourned accordingly.
2 Wed 26, Apr 2017  This case again came up for hearing before the Committee on 26.04.2017. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh Puneet Nagpal appeared on behalf of the consumer. The committee observed that compliance as per minutes of last ZDSC meeting has not been made and the same shall be ensured by Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar. The consumer has not submitted his representation and he was directed to submit representation within 7 days to Dy CE/Op Circle Jalandhar who will give his comments on it within the next 7 days, with a copy to the consumer for his rebuttal, if any. The case is adjourned to the next date accordingly.
3 Tue 13, Jun 2017  This case again came up for hearing before the Committee on 13.06. 2017. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh Puneet Nagpal appeared on behalf of the consumer. The M./E.lab report and other information/record as desired by the committee was not presented by Dy CE/Op Circle, Jalandhar. PO was once again directed to ensure compliance as per minutes of ZDSC meeting dated 22.2.2017 without fail. The case was adjourned accordingly.
4 Thu 03, Aug 2017  This case again came up for hearing before the Committee on 03.08. 2017. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee.
