5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case again came up for hearing before the Committee on 03.08. 2017. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh .Ajay Chadha appeared before the committee. The consumer stated that there is no register of membership of the club for the period from 1/2013 onwards. The matter has been discussed at length and the consumer has also given full opportunity. In the interest of justice, the committee decided that the consumption for the month of Sept/.2014 i.e. 17974 units be taken as the basis for charging the consumer for the disputed period. The case is decided accordingly and 17974 units per month be taken as basis for the disputed period from 06/14 to 08/14. The case is decided accordingly.

1 Wed 26, Apr 2017  This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 26.4.2017. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh .Ajay Chadha appeared before the committee. He submitted his representation which has been placed on record today and a copy of the same has been supplied to the Dy CE/Op Jalandhar for his comments within 7 days with a copy to the consumer for his rebuttal, if any within the next 7 days thereafter. The copy of DDL print-out along with analysis report be furnished to the committee on the next date. The case is adjourned to next date in the interest of justice.
2 Tue 13, Jun 2017  This case again came up for hearing before the Committee on 13.06.2017. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh .Ajay Chadha appeared before the committee. The case was deliberated at length and directed Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar to inform ASE/Enf.1, Jalandhar, (who vide Memo No.175 dated 17.9.2014 submitted report of jumping of reading of the meter on the basis of DDL print-out dated 5.9.2014) to appear before the Committee for proper examination of his report viz-a-viz DDL dated 5.9.2014. Further, the petitioner be asked to submit before the committee, Register of Membership of Club from 1/2013 onwards. The case is adjourned to next date in the interest of justice.
