5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case again came up for hearing before the Committee on 03.08. 2017. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Sohan Lal representative of the consumer appeared before the Committee. The meter was changed on dated 21.11.2016 and with the reading at 0000 and on 4.7.2017, the reading is 5369 for which the average per month comes out to be 716 units per month and the committee decided that the disputed period i.e. May 16 to 11/16 be overhauled taking 716 units as average per month. The case is decided accordingly and the account of the consumer be overhauled as per decision of ZDSC.

1 Wed 26, Apr 2017  This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 26.4.2017. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Sohan Lal representative of the consumer was present. He submitted representation/petition to the Committee which has been placed on record and a copy of the same has been supplied to the Dy. CE/Op Circle Jalandhar for his comments within 7 days with a copy to the consumer. Dy. CE/Op Circle was directed to submit, consumption data (with old/new reading dates) from 2013 onwards, month/bill-wise detail of disputed amount and ME Lab report, to the Committee. The Dy.CE/Op Circle, Jalandhar was also directed to ensure that the current bills (excluding the disputed amount) are got deposited from the consumer. The case is adjourned to the next date.
2 Tue 13, Jun 2017  This case again came up for hearing before the Committee on 13.06. 2017. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Sohan Lal representative of the consumer appeared before the Committee. The case was discussed in the committee. M.E.lab report and other record was not produced to the committee. Dy CE/Op Circle, Jalandhar was again directed to present M.E.lab report and ensure compliance as per minutes of ZDSC meeting dated 26.4.2017. The case was adjourned accordingly.
