1 Wed 26, Apr 2017  This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 26.4.2017. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh. Rajesh Bhagat appeared before the committee in person. He was asked to submit his representation within 10 days to the Committee with a copy to Dy CE/Op Circle Jalandhar for his detailed comments within the next 7 days with a copy to the consumer for his rebuttal, if any. The Dy CE/Op was directed to submit, month/bill-wise detail of disputed amount, consumption data (with old/new reading dates) from 2013 onwards, copy of MCO, final reading as per ME/lab report/challan and connection of the consumer be got checked from competent official and present LCR (containing connected load, status of present meter etc.) on the next date of hearing. The case is adjourned accordingly.
