5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case again came up for hearing before the Committee on 03.08. 2017. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Smt. Seema Duggal W/o Sh Sanjay Duggal appeared on behalf of the consumer. She has produced a copy of the purchased Deed which has been placed on record. The committee unanimously decided that the same month consumption of 2015 i.e. 2159 during 07/15 , 1663 during Oct.15 , 523 during Nov. 15 and 264 units during Dec.15 be taken as the basis for calculating the consumption for the disputed period and the account of the consumer be overhauled as per instructions of PSPCL.

1 Wed 26, Apr 2017  This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 26.4.2017. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh Sanjay Duggal was present on behalf of the consumer. He was directed to submit proof of ownership of the premises and submit his representation, if any within 7 days to the committee with a copy to Dy CE/Op Circle Jalandhar who will submit his comments thereon within the next 7 days thereafter with a copy to the consumer for his rebuttal (if any). The Dy. CE/DS Circle was directed to submit consumption data from 1/2013 onwards (alongwith dates of old/new readings), status of current bills deposited by the consumer and get the connection of the consumer checked from competent official and present LCR (containing connected load, status of present meter etc.) on the next date of hearing. The case is adjourned accordingly.
2 Tue 13, Jun 2017  This case again came up for hearing before the Committee on 13.06. 2017. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Smt. Seema Duggal W/o Sh Sanjay Duggal appeared on behalf of the consumer. The case was discussed and committee desired that the Addl.SE/Op Model Town Jalandhar should intimate the name of the Meter Reader who was recording readings of the petitioner in the year 2015, 2016 & 2017. The case is adjourned to next date of hearing.
