5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case again ccame up for hearing before the committee on 13.06.2017. Er. Sanjiv Kumar, Dy.CE/DS crcle, Nawanshahar presented the case before the committee. Sh Balwinder Singh appeared before the committee and explained that only caretaker/labour is staying in the premises, where connection is existing ans use of supply from the connection is very less, which is evident from the consumption pattern from the date of release of connection in 12/2014 onwards. The case was deliberated at length. The Committee examined all the documents relevant with the case besides consumption data from 12/2014 onwards and observed that consumption of 19336 units as recorded in 10/2015 (disputed bill) is possibly due to erratic behavior of the meter. Further, the consumption as recorded from 12/2014 to 8/2015 is nill/negligible. Therefore, ZDSC unanimously decided that the consumer be charged @ 224 units bi-monthly (consumption as recorded In 10/2016) from the date of connection to 10/2015 and amount be recovered accordingly.

1 Wed 26, Apr 2017  This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 26.4.2017. Er. Sanjeev Kumar, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Nawanshehar presented the case before the Committee. Sh.Balwinder Singh appeared before the Committee in person. He was directed to submit his representation within 7 days to the Dy CE/Op Circle Nawanshehar for his comments within the next 7 days thereafter to the Committee with a copy to the consumer for his rebuttal, if any. The case is adjourned accordingly.
