5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case again came up for hearing before the Committee on 04.09.2017. Er. Inderpal Singh, ASE/Op Model Town Div, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. As per the decision of the Committee, Er. Maninder Pal Singh, ASE/Enf.2, PSPCL, Jalandhar appeared before the committee and produced tempered data of the connection. He further stated that the meter which was installed on 24.6.2016, the Yellow phase CT of the meter stopped contributing on 20.8.2016 as per the tempered record produced by him before the committee. The reading of KVH on 20.8.2016 is 22014. Therefore, the Committee unanimously decided that the amount charged for one Phase dead be calculated from 20.8.16 at KVAH reading 22014 to 30.8.16 and the excess amount should be refunded with slowness of 40% as checked and declared by the Enforcement wing.

1 Wed 26, Apr 2017  This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 26.4. 2017. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh.Gurwinder Singh S/o Sh Jaspal Singh appeared before the committee. He was directed to get the authorization from his father in his favour to represent the case and submit representation/petition within 7 days to the Dy CE/Op Circle Jalandhar for his comments within the next 7 days thereafter to the Committee with a copy to the consumer for his rebuttal, if any. Dy CE/Op Circle Jalandhar was also directed to submit DDL print-out alongwith analysis report of ASE/Enf.2 Jaladhar besides legible/readable copy of ECR dated 30.8.2016. The case is adjourned accordingly.

Sh.Gurwinder Singh S/o Sh Jaspal Singh appeared before the committee He produced power of attorney to represent the case which has been placed on record. The case was discussed by the committee. The DDL report (only load survey) submitted by PO is in-sufficient to decide this case. The complete DDL print-out (including tamper report) and calculation sheet in this case be furnished to the Committee on the next date of hearing, without fail. The case is adjourned accordingly.
3 Thu 03, Aug 2017  This case again came up for hearing before the Committee on 03.08. 2017. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh.Gurwinder Singh S/o Sh Jaspal Singh appeared before the committee alongwith the request of his father to appear before the committee. The request has been placed on record. The Committee observed that in this case, ASE/Enf.2 Jalandhar had carried out the checking in this case on 30.8.2016 and he be directed to appear before the Committee on the next date to explain the variations and lapses in the report. R/A should bring the consumption data from 5/16 to 10.16. The case is adjourned accordingly.
