5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case again came up for hearing before the Committee on 03.08. 2017. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Smt. Sarita Sharma appeared before the committee in person. The case been discussed at length and it has been decided that the consumption of 05/15 i.e. 933 units per month be taken as the basis for charging the consumer for the disputed period and the account of the consumer be overhauled and charged accordingly as per decision of ZDSC. The case is decided accordingly.

1 Tue 13, Jun 2017  This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 31.05.2017. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee.Smt. Sarita Sharma appeared before the committee in person. The consumer was directed to submit her representation in this case within 7 days to Dy CE/Op Circle, Jalandhar who will submit his comments on it within the next 10 days with a copy to the consumer for rebuttal, if any. Dy CE/Op. Jalandhar was directed to submit detail of disputed amount, up to date consumption data and copy of RCO besides getting the burnt meter tested from M.E.Lab and submission of report to the Committee. The case is adjourned to next date in the interest of justice.
