5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case again came up for hearing before the Committee on 03.08. 2017. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh Lajpatrai Gupta father of Dr. Nishant Gupta appeared before the committee. The case has been discussed at length and it has been decided that the consumption of 2040 units per month be taken as basis for charging the consumer for the disputed period (Oct 2015 onward till change of meter). The account of the consumer be overhauled and charged and the case is decided accordingly.

1 Tue 13, Jun 2017  This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 13.06.2017. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh Lajpatrai Gupta father of Dr. Nishant Gupta appeared before the committee. He produced the copy of the Rent Deed dated 11.5.2016 which has been placed on record. He was directed to submit detailed representation to Dy CE/Op Circle Jalandhar within 7 days who will submit his comments on it within the next 7 days to the Committee with a copy to the consumer who may submit rebuttal, if any, within 7 days thereafter. Dy CE/Op. Jalandhar was also directed to submit detail of disputed amount & detail of bills issued from 10/2015 to 6/2016, confirm the date of execution of MCO and submit M.E. Lab report to the Committee. The case is adjourned accordingly.
