5.  ਫੈਸਲਾ This case again came up for hearing before the Committee on 26.09. 2017. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy CE/Op Circle Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee Sh Raj Kumar Verma appeared before the committee in person. The consumption data from 2012-13 till date was supplied by Dy CE/Op Circle Jalandhar and was analyzed by the Committee and found that there is not much variation in the consumption. Therefore, the committee decided that after the date of checking on 21.04.2017 by ASE/Enf.2 PSPCL Jalandhar the average of actual consumption of following 5 months i.e.05/17 to 09/17 average which comes out to be 2363 units is chargeable for the preceding 5 months from the date of checking i.e. 09/16 to 04/17 at the average of 2363 units be charged and the account of the consumer be over-hauled accordingly, where the actual consumption recorded is more than 2363 units, those months are not to overhauled.

1 Tue 13, Jun 2017  This case came up for hearing before the Committee on 31.05.2017. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh Raj Kumar Verma appeared before the committee in person. He was directed to submit his representation within 10 days to Dy CE/Op Circle, Jalandhar who will submit his comments thereon within the next 10 days with a copy to the consumer for his rebuttal, if any. Dy CE/Op. Jalandhar is further directed to submit the DDL (if any ) in this case. The case is adjourned accordingly.
2 Thu 03, Aug 2017  This case again came up for hearing before the Committee on 03.08. 2017. Er. Parwinder Singh, Dy. CE/DS Circle, Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh Raj Kumar Verma appeared before the committee in person. He has submitted his representation which has been placed on record. The DDL in this case has been received already. The connection was checked by ASE/Enf.2 Jalandhar on 21.4.2017 and he be directed to appear before the ZDSC on the next date. Since As per reading data in this case, there is variation of decrease. The case is adjourned accordingly.
3 Mon 04, Sep 2017  This case again came up for hearing before the Committee on 04.09. 2017. Er. H S Bansal, Addl SE/Op East Divn. Jalandhar presented the case before the Committee. Sh Raj Kumar Verma appeared before the committee in person. Er Maninderpal Singh, ASE/Enf.2 Jalandhar also appeared before the committee. ASE/Enf.2 Jalandhar presented the record of checking alongwith tamper event report. As per his report and explanation, the Blue phase tamper event occurred on dated 14.11.2013. In view of the above, the committee decided that the consumption data of the consumer prior to this event i.e. from 1.1.2012 onwards be brought in the next meeting and the Committee also desired that if in between from 14.11.2013, any checking of the connection was done by any agency, the same report should be presented before the Committee and the case is deferred in the above meeting.
